I will anyways! The customer service is great and the owners are incredibly kind. The takeout portions are huge and usually enough for more than one meal.

Favorite dishes: potatoes with mala sauce, crispy tofu, bok choy with garlic, mixed vegetables with curry sauce, three cup tofu, tomatoes and egg, and many others!

The space itself is pretty spartan, so I'd recommend it mostly as a takeout place rather than a place to dine in, but otherwise it's a perfect 10/10 for me!“

“We knew from our first meal at Scenic View that it would be a favorite. Our family of four went on a summer Saturday at around 11am and, while there were definitely plenty of people there, we were surprised that it wasn't busier. We sat inside but could have happily eaten outdoors and may do that next time we visit. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you are in any sort of a hurry as the food did take quite a while to come out of the kitchen, but it was absolutely worth the wait.

We ordered generously, including the way better than expected fried pickles and very good spinach and artichoke dip. Both came out super hot and very fresh and were way better than what we get at most places around Bloomington. My mother ordered a crock of the French onion soup and was surprised to receive such a large portion of great quality soup. All of our entrees were prepared perfectly and just much better than we expected, including breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers. Two of us are vegetarians, and we loved having multiple menu options to pick from rather than the usual one menu item (or the classic salad and fries combo).

This restaurant could easily coast on average food due to its great location, but instead they really seem to take pride in putting out a great meal. It wasn't a cheap meal, but every dish was generously portioned, freshly prepared, and really worth the price. We'll be happy to be repeat customers.“

We don't have a lot of Greek food up where we are, save for King Gyros, so this was a great treat. Everything was incredibly flavorful, the gyro meat was thick and tasty, and the dip lasted us several days. We will be coming again, if we're ever in town!“

I have tried multiple Chinese places in Bloomington & Red Lantern was by far, not only the best tasting, but also best quality and value across the board. I’ve only lived here about a year or two but ever since I found this place, i usually order take out at least every two weeks or so. It appears to be smaller & family owned. “Really good food! We got the Thai peanut and the voodoo chicken! Both were really good! They are spicy! The Thai peanut was really spicy! But amazing! They had garlic bread cooked to perfection with every Cajun meal! The person there was absolutely great Muhammed was the gentleman that helped us! He was very nice, checked on us ans asked it how it was. Answered my husbands questions and was just an all around nice guy! We will absolutely be going back. They have Cajun style food and they have Greek as well! Next time we are trying the Greek! Would recommend to everyone!“

“Went into the college mall location today. First time ever going and was not disappointed. The options are a little overwhelming, but we were waited on by an extremely patient and kind person named Juno who helped walk us through all the choices. Food was great, staff was great, an overall A+ experience. I do wish that the company let us tip the staff via the card reader. Luckily I found I had a little surprise cash on me, but was initially a little distressed that I wouldn't be able to show my gratitude for the outstanding service we received.“
