“Service was painfully slow and the place wasn't too crowded. It seemed like the servers didn't communicate well on who had which table and what the status was for each table. The menu was pretty interesting and the food was good, but a little too sweet for dishes that are meant to be savory not sweet. Outdoor patio was nice and sunny. Nice furniture and cushions etc.“
“Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very happy with vegetarian menu options for myself as well as great options for my non vegetarian husband.I did the buid a bowl, and it was so huge I had to take half home. It was delicious and so many options to add to it. My husband had the gyro, and it oi was very good-sized.The sweet girl that waited on us was so helpful and explained the options so well.It's a very low key, fun place and we will definitely be back“
“Not only is the food on point here, but the staff is friendly and accommodating. This is also one of the only places you can still get a late night bite.My fries could have been a bit crisper, but the burger I got otutshines that factor. If you're a movie buff, you'll enjoy the names of their different burgers. I would share the burger names here, but I would recommend you go check this place out for yourself!Kid-friendliness: This really worked out for us, because everything was closing or closed. Although they do have a bar, they are also a kid friendly restaurant.“
“I am obsessed with the brie cheese wheel. It is delicious and is best when dining in. The jams with it are amazing and the bread works perfectly with the cheese and jams. The food tastes yummy and fresh. The atmosphere is wonderful and truly improves your day.“
“Intimate interior with twinkle lights & chill vibes. Servers & bartenders appear to be passionate and creative about their craft. I've met more than one who took a job here because they loved coming here and the quality of the product. That reminds me of Trader Joe's. I've been here alone, with friends and with my husband about four or five times. The food menu is limited, but the kitchen is small. Everything I've had so far, which is about everything, is well-made and delicious. *The everything deviled eggs are salty but delicious. The cheese and charcuterie board is probably the best choice to pair with the delicious cocktails. I highly recommend checking out the high proof laughs Comedy series in the spring. All of the proceeds go to good causes at local nonprofits. I also very much enjoyed the drink making classes. We have also recently invested (summer 2023) as Angel Investors! “In town for business and stopped by to eat at the bar... I never go to places back-to-back, but it was SO good... here I am! Server: Natalie (extremely knowledgeable and outgoing) Bartender: Jace (makes incredible handcrafted cocktails!). The menu does not do the food justice... it is incredible and so is the Service! Even when it is busy, the ambiance is still relaxing and enjoyable! Highly Recommend... and I may be back for a 3rd visit!“
“What a great place in an amazing old building and the decor is eclectic but not overbearing. Great vibes, great servers, amazing food. I highly recommend the BLT and do not take off the wasabi mayo. It doesn't have the normal wasabi heat but just adds moisture and flavor. The garlic fries are SO good! “3-25-24 I'm in town once a year, and UpTown has become a must stop. Warm atmosphere, and incredible service (Thanks Madison!). Had the surf n' turf special. Steak (most tender I've had in ages), 2 big shrimp, and a delicious crab cake. Asparagus for the side, which was awesome. Madison was kind enough to get me a little taste of the Jalapeño grits. YUM, but I couldn't actually eat a whole side. All the food was delicious. The menu had lots to offer. One of our party has dietary restrictions, and Madison was not only able to accommodate, but knew the menu inside and out and gave some great advice. Thank you to Madison and team for helping turn a great meal into a memorable evening.“
