“Our daughter and boyfriend's rehearsal dinner was held at Opa's on Oct. 17, 2025 with rave reviews from all attending. The owner was so accommodating to work with and the food was delicious. Two waitresses attended those present and did a remarkable job of keeping everyone served and satisfied. Cannot say enough about the excellent service, food, and experience that Opa! provides!“

“This little restaurant is the BEST! Visited again yesterday for the wonderful French Toast and Sausage Links. Didn’t disappoint that’s for sure. Wonderful waiter and hostess. Sure don’t get such service in many places. We will come again on our next visit to Avon!“

Update: after many years of being a loyal customer, while the service is still great, and the atmosphere is still ok. I believe it's time for a refresh. The food is lackluster and the atmosphere, while still nice, is definitely showing its age. I look forward to hearing that this place has decided to do an update. Because as of now,I don't look forward to coming back anytime soon.“

“Deb was an excellent server who interacted with us in a way that was playful without seeming flippant. The dining area has a sleek look with a good mix of tables and booths. The light is low without being dim, and the background music isn't loud enough to interfere with conversation.

The flatbread pizza, guacamole-bacon burger, and French fries were all tasty, and my friend enjoyed his rum & Pepsi. My only complaint concerns the nitro porter I drank. I don't know if this is one of this brewery's lower quality offerings or this particular batch was a bit off, but it didn't quite have the notes you'd expect from a porter, let alone a chocolate one. Everything else was high quality, so I'll likely try their stout the next time I eat there. Among the many restaurants on E US 36, BJ's is definitely a good choice.“

They have absolutely amazing wing sauces, I love their pulled pork mac n cheese, & they've recently added smash burgers that are so good! highly recommend if you're in the Plainfield area!!“

“🥵 too hot inside, B&G needed LOTS of salt & pepper and didn't have much sausage in the gravy. We had to ask for coffee refills & get more creamers from another table ourselves, but still affordable. During our meal, another woman approached us asking to use the hot sauce on our table because they didn't have any.“

“Great food, great service and great atmosphere. I came here for breakfast and they were not busy at all. I ordered and my food was ready within 10 minutes.
I got the eggs your way and everything was good. Eggs are cooked perfectly, potatoes were great and the bacon was perfectly crispy.“

Any way if you appreciate Fazoli's which I had all the distain for prior to eating here. You will think they [Fazoli's] is a Michelin star restaurant after eating this pasta creation.“
