“Went for the first time yesterday for our anniversary lunch date. Our server was amazing and gave us some great recommendations. The food was some of the best I have ever eaten, very bite was FABULOUS! we had stuffed mushrooms, black garlic Caesar salad, Pecan Chicken, and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich with the chips and dip. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back.“

Once we finally ordered, we got the trout and the sea bass. They were both so outstanding I had to ask my husband why we don't come here more. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The only downside was actually OpenTable and not the restaurant. I was trying to use a reward bc my points were expiring, but they've made the process so difficult that I couldn't figure out how to do it. Le sigh!“

“I live in Texas but saw a CBS interview of this lovely place with the owner. First of all I wish I lived closer because my mouth was watering the entire time, but most importantly you could tell the owner, Chef Samir, is absolutely in love with what he does and how he does it. When a chef puts as much love into his food as he does, you already know its going to be amazing. This restaurant has made it to my bucket list. I hope to meet Chef Samir some day!“

It was delish plus and so fresh tasting… I recommend the sweet potato chips and made fresh to order guacomole… we had the street tacos, chicken with mango salsa and spiced street corn ! It’s an hour and a half drive but one we will make again!“

“I haven’t been to Big Walt’s since I was in my teens I remember when he first opened. Surprisingly the food is still good like it was back then…eating this food felt so nostalgic. The customer service was great, they smiled and made small talk with me. I noticed they allowed a lot of businesses to put their flyers and business cards up I thought that was really nice support of the local entrepreneurs. I asked for a 10 piece bbq and buffalo wing light sauce and it was great. Also got a personal meat lovers with extra sauce, sausage and cheese. It was really good but Ima have to ask them for more than that on my next visit I like my pizza loaded on some Xtrodinary pizza type…I would’ve gave them 5 stars but I think the owner should add more lights out front and security at night. As a woman alone I didn’t feel safe going in with so many random men standing outside. I noticed another woman who looked nervous as well and she repositioned her truck to be right in front of the door. I seriously contemplated on leaving my order…We want good food but we want to feel safe as well.

Ps. I’m not quite sure how my order came up to over $30 if the wings are .89 cent a piece and a personal all meat is $8??? I normally tip but it seems like they added it for me so I didn’t, next time I will get my receipt“

“The ambiance is perfect for a date although I wouldve liked for a sectioned off area since they are located so close to the door. The wind and snow made the seating area very cold. However the drinks they served us did eventually warm us to a comfortable temperature. The food was prepared perfectly and with the good portion size you are able to get full. Although I can never eat all my food in puble
public so I was further please when J was able to reheat my ffod and it still tasted incredible. 8 out of 10 for sure. I gave them an 8 simply because i went for the devour menu and there were only two course actually bc the dessert was extra, we got it and it was good but still extra.“

“Patty welcomed us and Brenda was very attentive! Our lunch was perfect! They have a nice variety of items on their menu. Great atmosphere and they have their patio enclosed during winter weather!!

We were pleasantly surprised to meet Patty when we were contemplating where to eat. She came outside and greeted us & welcomed us in!!!! So fun and this is definitely the place to be!! John took wonderful care of anything we needed. The food was ABSOLUTELY perfect!!! We ordered the Patty Melt with seasoned fries & Black and Bleu Burger with salad!!! There are no words to describe it. What a great atmosphere and all around experience!!! They have a wonderful patio with fans. Definitely the place to enjoy your lunch!!“

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“

“I finally made it to Kilroy's. It was good. My Salmon BLT was delicious (I had it without the bacon) and the broccolini was tasty. My friend had the stuffed breadsticks and southwest eggrolls. Kilroy's is a bar feel. During the time of day we went it wasn't busy but we did have to pay for parking.“

I built my own bowl filled with fresh veggies and buffalo chicken (double protein). The sweet potatoes were my favorite and had a great flavor. The mango smoothie was good as well.

The staff was patient and very helpful since this was my first time experience. The interior is spacious enough to dine in and enjoy your meal comfortably.“

We did not finish our second corse meet dish and the desert was already served. For a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. We would expect more attention to details. but overal not a bad experience.“

Great experience at Bar Louie Carmel. The vibe was relaxed, drinks were on point, and service was excellent. Shoutout to Amerelle behind the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Drinks were made well, conversation was easy, and she made us feel welcome without hovering.
Definitely one of the better Bar Louie experiences I’ve had. Will be back.“
