“Went for the first time yesterday for our anniversary lunch date. Our server was amazing and gave us some great recommendations. The food was some of the best I have ever eaten, very bite was FABULOUS! we had stuffed mushrooms, black garlic Caesar salad, Pecan Chicken, and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich with the chips and dip. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back.“

First of all I wish I lived closer because my mouth was watering the entire time, but most importantly you could tell the owner, Chef Samir, is absolutely in love with what he does and how he does it. “I've been wanting to go here for awhile! on an early Saturday afternoon, we finally went. everyone was very pleasant and patient with our family (toddler and infant.) although we didn't have to use the changing table in the bathroom, it was appreciated that they had one. the service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. we had the pulled pork sandwich, salmon salad, and kids Mac and cheese with beans/rice. no complaints! our waitress Sue was fantastic. we will be back!“

“I tried the burger at Big Walt's Wings & More and it was seriously one of the best I’ve had in a while. The patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The bun was fresh and held everything together perfectly without getting soggy.

You can tell it’s made fresh, not just thrown together. Every bite had great flavor, and the portion size was solid for the price. Definitely not your average fast-food burger.

“Portions are huge. Had the sloppy joe and it was the best sloppy joe I've ever had. My son in law had the ribeye sandwich and it was a huge ribeye. He said it was excellent. Prices very good. Nice selection of craft beer. Erin the bartender was outstanding! Great service! Only downside is the smoking for me. Come from a state where smoking isn't allowed indoors at restaurants, pubs, bars so an adjustment for me. Overall was a great experience.“

“The day before my dad’s funeral, I went to the mall to buy a pair of black pants. There’s often something cathartic for me about the anonymity of the mall, of being surrounded by people all set on their own missions, none of whom are concerned about who you are or what you’re there for. Yet, I cried my way through that shopping trip, lonely and unmoored, trying to imagine a world without my dad. And then I stumbled into the Cafe.

I’d been once or twice before. I found myself at Keystone often in the months prior because my hairstylist was located in the salon suites across the way. But on this day, when no one else had seen me crying, and the anonymity of it all had begun to feel more like an anvil than a blessing, Miss Sonya saw me.

She remembered my order. She called it out the second I walked through the door, and met me at my table with a goat cheese panini and a carafe of Coke because she knew I’d want a refill. She spoke gently, familiarly, aware of my tenderness in a way that reminded me I wasn’t alone.

In that moment, I wasn’t invisible. My grief was shared. Maybe she’ll read this one day and know how much it meant to me. Maybe she won’t. But I guess what I’m saying is: Some people have their neighborhood pub or the quirky coffeeshop around the corner from their job. I have the Nordstrom Cafe. And there’s something kind of beautiful about that.“

“The ambiance is perfect for a date although I wouldve liked for a sectioned off area since they are located so close to the door. The wind and snow made the seating area very cold. However the drinks they served us did eventually warm us to a comfortable temperature. The food was prepared perfectly and with the good portion size you are able to get full. Although I can never eat all my food in puble
public so I was further please when J was able to reheat my ffod and it still tasted incredible. 8 out of 10 for sure. I gave them an 8 simply because i went for the devour menu and there were only two course actually bc the dessert was extra, we got it and it was good but still extra.“

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“

“A friend of mine was singing, so I made a reservation. The process was very easy and I received a text to confirm my table was ready. The staff was very nice and accommodating-as I gave up my table reservation to others with a larger party to sit on the patio (I was alone). The menu for the event was beautifully tailored and the bar staff was incredibly attentive. The ambiance was lovely, despite the quick rain, and it made for an enjoyable Saturday evening.“

“My daughter and I came in here for lunch on Sunday afternoon. There was only 1 person working after a handful of call-ins and being short-staffed. The gal behind the counter’s name was Stephanie Martinez and she was running around hustling her tail off between taking orders, making entrees, cooking the food, restocking, etc. She had a great attitude and was still pleasant and friendly, despite having zero help. “Vivante Restaurant & Bar was incredible from start to finish.

I had the scallops with risotto, Parmesan, asparagus, mushroom, delicata squash, and apple juniper mostarda, and it was absolutely excellent. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors worked together perfectly. I also had a great salad and a drink called Marshmallow World. It was strong, unique, and really well done.

The service was top-notch, the atmosphere felt upscale and relaxed, and the whole experience matched the quality of Hotel Carmichael. After dinner, I stepped outside and there was live music on the patio, which made the evening even better.

Highly recommended. I’ll absolutely be going back.“
