“Feel like this place is majorly slept on. One of the better lunch deals I can truly remember having. $8 for a slice and a very healthy side salad, and if you didn’t quite get your pizza fix…another slice is only $5, not that I would know.“

“Two Stick's is an absolute treat. I was introduced to it by a colleague, and dropped in once to try it- and let me tell you, it was totally worth it! I am not a morning person, but I find myself planning early morning visits just to see what new menu item I can try. I don't prefer sweet menu items (and my colleague who got some sweet orders wasn't a fan), but the savoury items absolutely kick ass. Their Zucchini Pumpkin Goat Cheese Hand Pies are an delicious experience with every bite, and the fun part is you get to see them making more in the back. While I did mention the smaller sweet items (either too sweet or bready for my personal taste but still get over by 9am on working days) were not that good, their whole cakes (non slice versions) are really worth trying. I do not have photos to add to my review right now (because everything gets over too soon) but I'm planning to visit again soon (for those amazing hand pies) and will try to get some shots on here.

Service is friendly and as fast as 2 counters can accommodate, so you won't find yourself in a line for longer than 10 minutes if you're lucky.“

Very good, but I think the beets (fewer perhaps) should’ve been chopped into smaller pieces with more strawberries and greenery. Very filling. I had the roasted eggplant for my entree. Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Thumbs up!“

“Korea Restaurant has a pretty predictable but large menu of gimbap, various soups, bulgogi, bibimbap, hotpot, KFC, teriyaki, and more, with some Japanese-style dishes in addition to the Korean. This restaurant, like the others on this street, is in a converted house, and the environment is comfortable and unpretentious. They had K-pop music videos playing on a TV in the dining room. There was an older man and a woman serving together; the woman was very sweet, the man came off as quite serious.
I ordered the tofu hot stone bibimbap which also came with an assortment of banchan. None of the food really stood out to me but it was all pretty good. I definitely would've liked more tofu in the bibimbap, but I did appreciate that it seemed to be lightly pan-fried rather than deep-fried. With hot sauce added, the bowl was very flavourful but not too salty. The vegetables were all cooked well and the fried egg also had nice crispy edges. The portion was filling, especially with the banchan. The bibimbap came out literally seconds after the banchan, so I was a little worried it would get cold before I had the chance to eat the banchan, but the stone bowl kept it nice and hot until the last bite.
I would say this is an okay place for vegetarians/vegans since they do have a number of entrees that I believe should be vegetarian or vegan (more if you remove the egg), but they don't label which dishes are vegetarian, so you might have to ask questions about hidden meat/seafood ingredients if you're not familiar with Korean food. If you are vegetarian, let them know when you order, because even though the bibimbap I ordered was vegetarian, some of the banchan (fishcakes and likely the kimchi) contained seafood.
The overall experience was positive but not outstanding in terms of the food or atmosphere, so while I might return if I'm craving Korean, I want to try other Korean places in the neighbourhood first to see what else is out there.“

“We had the pleasure of having Olivia as our server she was absolutely amazing, charismatic, charming and friendly. It truly made our dining experience worth coming back to this Olive Garden a regular when we go south. She definitely deserves the spotlight for her role in continuing to make seated dining a great experience. In a world of fewer and fewer people who care about their jobs or the service they provide anymore. Olivia is far from that type absolutely Grade A

“My daughter suggested we go to breakfast at Scenic View since she really liked it when she visited previously. I was not disappointed! I knew the weather was going to be nice and they have limited seating, so I made reservations the evening before. I made them for an inside table, but we were able to change it to outside when we talked to the hostess. I didn’t want to take the risk of reserving an outside table in case the weather turned. We ended up getting a table with a really good view. The classic eggs Benedict was delicious. I will definitely be going back there!“

“The food is amazing one of the best gyros I’ve had. You get a good amount of food for what you order and everything is seasoned well. I got the gyro plate for about $10 and it came with a healthy serving of food. The meat was good perfectly and the tzatziki sauce pulls everything together.“

“Zero Degrees has east Asian food and drinks including but not limited to bubble tea, ramen, Korean-style corn dogs, and egg waffles. The store is colourful and cute but not over the top, and the seating is very comfortable. They have wifi.
I got a taro meets ube drink with pudding and a pumpkin spice egg waffle (fall special). I haven't had an egg waffle in a while since I don't know of any other place in Bloomington that makes them and I love pumpkin spice, so I was very excited about this waffle, and it did not let me down. The pumpkin spice flavour was nice, the waffle was fluffy and cooked right. They lightly drizzled it with a caramel sauce but the waffle itself wasn’t too sweet so it balanced out. I liked the taro meets ube, which was taro milk tea with ube paste. The taro and ube flavours were similar but enhanced each other. I didn't see if I could adjust the sweetness level, but the default wasn't overly sweet. I was able to get this drink with soy milk instead of regular milk, although the barista let me know that the ube paste contains milk that can't be removed.
The barista and lady cooking in the back both seemed very friendly. My drink was ready quickly. It took a while, maybe 15 minutes to get my waffle, but they apologized for the wait.“

“I ordered a Ruben and when it arrived the toast was black and burnt. I never complain so I said nothing and tried to eat the sandwich but the toast was very hard. After trying to eat it I just gave up not wanted to be a bad customer and make my two adult friends uncomfortable. I just paid the bill $70.+and gave the server Emily a $20. tip. My friend ordered one of her usuals but the sauce was not what she normally gets. We were told that the cooks sometimes use whatever is available and finally just sent out a replacement with NO sauce. She finally just gave up and ate whatever she ordered. The third friend her husband avoided the situation. We finally gave up and I paid the bill with my Sky Miles AMEX card total $90.+ We came into the restaurant probably around 7:30 or 8pm. Sorry for the bother but it bothered me I've lived here since 1972.“

“I’ve been eating at this place weekly ever since June of 2025. The student employees and the chefs have been so incredibly kind to me. I come in and order milk all the time. At least I used to until they took it off the menu. Terrible look for the upper management for taking this item off the menu. Clearly rhe upper management who I will not name but I know do not care about me getting my milk. Thank you again to the student employees and chefs that enjoyed giving me my milk while I could get it. I love this place and will continue to visit for the rest of my undergrad career and possible life.“

“Pretty impressed! Decided to come here for Saturday lunch with my family and made a reservation online at the last minute, but we would have been able to get in without. Without the patio open though, I can see it filling up easily. The atmosphere is fun (board games!) and bright but somewhat industrial with the distillery next door. The staff was friendly and very enthusiastic but just a little overbearing for me. The samples they brought around of two of their spirits (a gin and amaro) were very good and much appreciated.
As appealing as the cocktails sounded, I didn't feel like drinking, so I got the Last Call mocktail. I couldn't pick up much 5 spice, but it was still a pleasant and refreshing light drink. I had a sip of my parents' old fashioned and Smokin' in the Girls' Room, and those were both really good - I was really into the lapsang souchong tea-infused rum in the Smokin' in the Girls' Room and would've ordered it for myself if I'd been drinking.
To eat, I had a mushroom melt (the veganized version with vegan cheese) with the OMG fries. I really liked the sandwich; I loved the giardiniera and the jus, and you usually can't get that sort of thing in a vegetarian or vegan sandwich, so I was really happy to have it here and thought it was done well. The OMG fries were also really good. I don't like fries if they're plain, but these were heavily seasoned with a delicious spice blend. The vegan version of the fries omits the truffle aioli that they normally come with, but they were plenty flavorful with just ketchup. We shared a Thai tea creme brulee for dessert. I am crazy about Thai tea so I expected to like this, and it was everything I hoped for. The tea flavour was nice and strong, and the tapioca pearls were a nice little enhancement.
They do an auto-gratuity of 20% no matter the party size, which I'm not completely opposed to, but I think if you're doing that you at least need to have a note on the menu rather than have the waiter tell you as they're giving you the bill, or better (in my opinion) to just raise the prices by 20% and sell yourself as a no-tipping restaurant. But it wasn't a huge deal in this situation; our waitress was good and we would've left a good tip anyway.“

Most places I go acts like it's a huge inconvenience to get us the high chair. So I thought that was a very nice gesture. Our food was great, and our server was too. “I work right around the corner from the Starbucks on Indiana, and I try to make it in there a few times a week at least. Today I placed a mobile order to run and pick it up and make it back to my store quickly, but as I was leaving we had a customer walk in and I was unable to get up there for a great amount of time to pick up my coffee. When I went to pick it up, they offered to remake it for me since it had been sitting there for so long. It really made my day! They're always the greatest, and kindest, and I really love going to this Starbucks. 10/10 would recommend.“
