“Stopped by Lowe’s today, saw a BBQ trailer and decided why not… Met the owner and chatted with him for a bit, got a plate of brisket, ribs, corn, and beans… everything had just the right amount of smoke and the tenderness was pretty spot on with both meats, i will say if you see the Trailer, stop by and see them… wanted to try the sausage and pork but both were sold out…“
