Super laid back and comfortable atmosphere, the employees made me feel like family! the food was amazing and super fast service! oh my were those burgers fabulous! My visit to Hinkles today was the absolute best part of my day! Thank you to all the staff even the bearded feller that made me laugh and cut up with me. “My Son loves this place with a passion but dang those bathrooms were filthy and not restocked. He goes to a Raising Canes anytime he gets the opportunity and always orders a half lemonade and he fills the rest with Ice tea. Mine you he spent 20.00 on one meal and we asked for a refill on the lemonade and they tried to charge us over 3.00.. this is the only one that has done this and management needs to know.“

“Little disappointed that I downloaded the app to use at this store, and this is the only store within 50 miles that you cannot use the app for. Please open up your walk up counter. It's ridiculous you make it drive thru only. Nothing more annoying than having cars blocking lanes of traffic to get a blizzard.“

“We used the drive thru late on a Wednesday night. We had to take my niece to the hospital for a minor infection. Once we were released, we were starving and White Castle was the only available place we could all agree on.. We were close to closing time but the attendant didn't mind taking our order. She was very polite and helpful. When we got to the window we had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. But that was ok as we knew that would mean our food would be freshly cooked. The people waiting behind us didn't seem to mind either. I suspect they knew about a wait before driving there. The food was fresh and omg HOT! But visiting around 1 or 2an is the best time to get some white castles!“

“I was dining in today and a lady overdosed in the bathroom the staff was so quick to call 911 and help. One worker had narcan in her car she ran so fast to grab it and administer this life saving medicine to the person. She is very much a hero. I'm very proud of how urgent and quickly she hopped into action to help. 10/10 that woman employee deserves a huge bonus! The woman's life was saved thanks to that amazing employee!!!!“

“I have just left this Arby's & I have to tell you that the crew working there tonight gave me one of the most wonderful restaurant experiences of my entire life!!! Every one of those people made me feel like I was a member of their own family or a lifelong friend. I have worked mostly in fast food restaurants (currently employed at the McDonald's just down the road) & I just can't praise those people enough. One of the women working there encountered an unsatisfied customer & I could tel by the look on her face that she was getting frustrated with him but she didn't lose her cool or say anything to him that she shouldn't have. Idk if I could have kept my composure like she did!!! The food was wonderful as always & I can say without a doubt this Arby's in particular is the best overall restaurant I've ever been to & I will recommend this place for any one of my friends coming here to eat at!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!! You guys are a true model of what a "fast food type" restaurant should be!!!! A+++++ overall“

“I had to come back and edit my old review. I went here again last night, about 30 minutes before closing and had a positive experience. The customer right before us had bought every piece of fish and chicken that was left, so the employees graciously cooked everything fresh for my order. When they realized they were out of hush puppy mix, they went above and beyond to make it right. Ava, and the guy with the titanic tattoo gave me a $5 voucher for future visits and gave me extra waffle fries, as well as the 3 hush puppies they managed to scrape together with the last of the mix. Great customer service and the food was on point as usual.“

“The staff were super awesome and very nice to me and my family, they made sure we had everything we were wanting when we checked out. The restaurant was extremely clean and we even came in to them cleaning more of their equipment so i felt very comfortable eating there.“

“This is the first time I've given 5 stars in all 3 categories and I'm proud to do so.
I'm in town for the afternoon and decided to stop for lunch on my way back to the big city. DT was getting busy as I walked inside and the crew only consisted of the manager on duty and one other employee.
The duo was getting hammered and still managed to get my meal fast, fresh and accurate as I made a change to an item that could have been incorrect in all of the chaos. Lucky for the M.O.D, another employee came to work and things died down.
Both were calm, professional and knew exactly how to handle a busy rush.“
