Friendly staff and meals carried out to you. I really appreciate receiving an entire order all at once no matter our group size. “I stopped by this Penn Station for food. There were no other customers in line, so I placed my order immediately. The sandwiches themselves were pretty tasty.

The only downside was the subpar customer service at the register. The cashier (Mary) came across as annoyed and was not attentive in taking my order. It felt like she was more focused on moving the me along than actually listening. She made me repeat my order a couple different times, it was kind of annoying to get brushed off like that.“

“If you get food here, please be kind to the younger kid (teen) who works there (he wears a Turban) and tip generously. He works 60hrs a week and gives all of his earnings to his parents. He is a very hard worker and he is always kind and professional. I call him out specifically also because the other guy who works there who is a little older (probably 22ish is terrible and rude.)“
