The food here is always great, but today when I placed my mobile pickup order it came up missing one of my sandwiches. When I returned thru the drive thru to get my missing sandwich the girl that came to the window was very hateful and rude about it. Not my greatest experience here. Loved it when it first opened because they made you feel like family, now it feels more like cattle being ran thru a chute.
This jimmy johns location consistently forgets to put on the basic ingredients of a sandwich. They are also the slowest jimmy johns we’ve ever been to. When they first opened, I figured it was because they were new, but they’ve been open for a while now and probably should have gotten these issues figured out by now. We do like that it is located in a very convenient spot between the Edgewood schools and our home.
3rd day in a row i cant get enough today was extra special tharnks to the crew that helped me awsome work , food was great Obviously.... Bravo Jimmy Johns Bravo

Jimmy John's receives mixed feedback. The food is often described as great, delicious, and a phenomenal alternative to Subway, with crisp sandwiches and hefty portions. One reviewer always gets the number eight. However, consistency is a problem. This location consistently forgets basic ingredients, and orders have been messed up twice in a row, including a wrong sub and missing potato salad. Mobile pickup orders have come up missing sandwiches. Service issues include a hateful and rude employee at the drive thru, slow service, and an employee too busy staring at her phone to take an order or payment. When it first opened, it felt like family, but now it feels more like cattle being ran thru a chute. The convenient spot between the Edgewood schools and home is a plus. The new store in Ellettsville still has a few kinks but is doing ok and has improved greatly. Most Jimmy John's have stickers covering the walls, but this one didn't.
