They were swamped. New Years Eve, which was understandable. I'm very patient and understanding, though. The Papa tracker was off. It's probably due to the number of orders coming in. The gal with the pixie cut blue hair was super friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Even with as busy as they were. My only issue was that we requested the pizzas all well done. We love Papa John’s and order frequently. We did want to let you know that when our pizza arrived tonight, it looked like it had been involved in a hit and run. We understand things can’t always be perfect and will continue to be loyal customers. We just thought you want to know. It was still delicious!!

Way more consistent than the "Bloomington" address stores. Worth the few minutes drive to know you will get what you ordered and that it's not hurriedly thrown together.
