My wife and I came in with a few guests for take out. The Personnel were not overly friendly but they were professional and as always we were happy with the food and the service we go Fairly regularly so I'm happy to report that even though we did not get our entire order the young man that took my complaint really went the extra mile to make our order right. So you have four more very satisfied customers

i got flipped off my one of the employees and then got in a car crash. bad juju! ?? it’s a shame because my bff’s uncle owns jj and have been a fan of jj & #5 the vito for very long! also never got a formal apology from the employee which is sad considering there’s a apology sign on the wall directly in front of where the sandwiches are made. lol!

Safe!! And incredibly kind.I am immuno-compromised and go very few places because of COVID. Both times I've showed up in person they've been very safe and even changed their gloves when someone in front of me said they had a food allergy.Very thankful for them!!
