Dunkin Donuts in Bloomington Indiana sucks! They don't understand English. They will give you the wrong donuts. They sell stale donuts. When you get the wrong donuts through the drive thru and get home to find they screwed up your order they are rude and ill-mannered about fixing THEIR mistake. I had a great experience at Dunkin! The store was clean, my order was prepared quickly, and the coffee and food were fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The food and coffee were okay, but the staff here is really bad. They are super slow and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Definitely ruins the quick run experience.
