I try to be forgiving with this Dunkin but it never seems like they can get my order correct. Today I ordered a latte with cold foam as well as my girlfriend, neither of our drinks came with cold foam. It also seems like they aren't really mixing the syrup into the drink either. They also gave us the incorrect donut for our order. We received a 3 piece wedding cake munchkin when we had ordered a Boston creme donut. Cannot get an order right to save their lives and it has been going on for years now. On Valentine's Day, after running out of heart donuts, they were just not giving people any donuts unless they asked. I watched them do it 3 or 4 times before they then also did it to me. Then, today, they put cheese on the wrong sandwich, which was a diet restriction. Absolutely do not go here unless you want your life to be worse.
Dunkin Donuts in Bloomington Indiana sucks! They don't understand English. They will give you the wrong donuts. They sell stale donuts. When you get the wrong donuts through the drive thru and get home to find they screwed up your order they are rude and ill-mannered about fixing THEIR mistake.
