There's a guy and his wife that work late hours and it seems like there is always problems.And not just at night, but I always have issues here, usually food not nearly as good as it should be, cold, ect.Dunkin as a whole is going so downhill, both in quality and corporate decisions. 3x points on your birthday instead of the free drink they used to give, taking away special sandwiches as a point redemption, but yet quality is dropping and price is raising.I no longer shop at Dunkin unless I'm traveling and it's the only option, but definitely never this location.

By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have avoided it for over a year because they CONSTANTLY get my order wrong, charge for an extra item when I don’t receive it. Quality of the food is also terrible- basically frozen eggs in sandwiches, half filled drinks. Just terrible.

This place is awful. They never make my drink right. Got the new Churro Iced Latte. No cinnamon on top or caramel drizzle. Pretty there's no syrup in it either. Just taste like iced coffee with cream. Unfortunately i work nights and Starbucks is closed. They never put caramel on my Iced Craze Latte either. Not coming here again. I'll get my coffee from the gas station next door.

I bought a coffee thru drive-thru. My order was: 1 Large Mocha Latte, No ice.However, when I was paying at window, I was told by the gentlemen that my total was $9.17.I asked him, "9 dollars for one coffee?"He then started clicking something on his screen, then told me "Okay, $8.09."I still feel the price is off. But I paid, and I asked for a receipt.On my receipt, above my drink, there's a "1 Local Item 4". I asked him what that is. He answered "That's what we charge for no ice".Also, for my drink, he added "Milk, WhpCrm, Mocha Drzl, HtChoc Top", which I did not order, and did not get in my drink.I feel I was treated in an extremely disrespectful way. And adding items which I did not order was simply stupid. And "that's what we charge for No Ice"? what kind of business is that?

I went in for a medium iced coffee today. Just a plain iced coffee. $4.89 Listen, I get it - inflation and all. But $5 for a plain iced coffee is soooooo ridiculous. Especially when other Dunkins around the state are only charging $3.39. Even Starbucks is cheaper!!
A huge disappointment, I have never ordered from this establishment. In a nutshell I called in a large order, showed up next day to pick up and they had no record of my order, the whole time Mr Guy had a bluetooth earpiece and was having a conversation the whole time which was strange.I specifically asked for a mix of long johns, filled and sprinkled donuts and got a dozen and a half of CAKE donuts that appeared to be close to three days old. The glazes had a layer of moisture or ‘condensation’ on top.I guess I remember Dunkin being a great place to pick up fresh donuts, but it is not anymore. Never going there again.

I had ordered a chocolate glazed donut and they handed me a warm melted glazed donut, not even in a bag, but simply on this thin piece of cardboard. I’m unsure how this quality is even acceptable along with the service. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

Food was fine, service was absolutely awful. They messed up my order and didn't get one of my donuts, which was fine, so I tried to buy it for a dollar but then this is where things took a turn for the worse. The main guy stated I had to buy a drink to get the donut for a dollar, which I told him I did buy a drink, to which he responded that it has to be on that order. It was their mistake they didn't put it on my order, after literally confirming the type of donut I wanted and not putting it on the order. After arguing back and fourth I just decided to pay full price. These people have awful customer service and just care about the money and not the customer.

Do not go here! Horrible customer service. Order is consistently wrong and they do not care. My latte has come without espresso multiple times and my online orders have come with missing items and they just hang up the phone.
