“My friends love this place! It's a nice place to walk to when you stop by the library. They do have gluten free donuts as well and can provide an ingredient list if you want. (Though I had to email corporate I think). If you have a severe nut allergy, this place isn't for your. I'm sure they try, but I don't think there would be any way they could avoid all cross contamination.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten-free options.“
“Finally able to check this place out, and boy am I sorry I didn't get there sooner! What a beautiful coffee shop! The service was top notch, and the employees are so friendly. The Ginger Chai Latte was AMAZING. The baked goodies looked so yummy that I had to buy one, and I was not disappointed! If you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out.“
“I went in for my first time, and the staff was so helpful! The kind woman at the register walked me through all the options and gave me suggestions based on flavors I told her I liked! She didn’t seem bothered to help me at all which was so wonderful!“
“Met a friend today at Needmore Coffee and while I normally don't write reviews other than full restaurant experiences, I thought I'd write a short review because they earned it. Then I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the name of my drink, and no luck. So I'll say this: Needmore is a cute little shop near the Bloomington College Mall, not a lot of seating but a cozy feel. The drink I ordered was delish but again I have no idea what it's called. It's toasted marshmallow and some other things. You'll know it when you're looking at the menu. I also had a cinnamon muffin that was really good. The issue that made me write this review was simply how nice the barista was as well as the guy who took my order. I actually wanted an iced toasted whatever this is called, but didn't say that. 100% my fault. But when I picked up my order and mentioned it they offered to let me keep this one and make a new one for me. I declined (honestly I had second thoughts while at my table looking at how gloomy it was outside and that I wished I had ordered hot) - maybe they read my mind. Either way, great coffee, neat place, I recommend. Thanks to the staff, they were very gracious and friendly.“
“Great coffee shop. In my opinion, they have the best coffee in town. Fair trade beans (they will grind them for you if you need) in a wide variety, great drinks, and a small amount of baked goods from the nearby rainbow bakery and other places.“
“This small coffee shop in Ellettsville has amazing drinks and decent wait times. It is also surprisingly accessible, especially for it being on the 4 lane mega-stroad. My personal favorite beverages are the Cotton Candy Creme Soda and whatever Frappuccino I feel like getting. Their cake slices are also excellent.Parking: You can technically park at the building nearby, but since this is a drive-thru restaurant, it's not too necessary.Kid-friendliness: It has got good staff, and, it being a drive-thru restaurant, there isn't much for any kid to see, making it overall a child friendly establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a drive-thru restaurant, so as long as you can reach their window, you are good.“
“One of the best coffee shops I have visited, and I include the ones I visited in the East and West coasts. Coffee is quality stuff, the pastries available are to die for (if you have the chance, get the tomato galette) and the staff is just the most awesome people. They will take time to talk to you and be really friendly (I think that's a plus, some other reviewers don't). I could literally talk for days with them. Good place to work, sturdy tables and good light.“
“As a tea lover, have to this is the best tea shop ever!!! Their White Rose tea and Strawberry Champagne (this one iced is <3) are so good. For regular teas I usually get the Paris, Darjeeling, or Mint. Now I’m away from Bloomington and miss this shop so much - the staff is exceptional as well. What I also really like is that they brew the tea, bring it to a nice temperature, and give you, instead of leaving a tea bag in - which makes the tea perfect.“
“I visited The Inkwell Bakery & Cafe in Bloomington and was blown away by the amazing hospitality from the entire team. From the friendly greetings to the attentive service, each person I interacted with was a delight to be around. The food was also incredible. Highly recommend checking out this amazing place! Five stars all around!“
“The coffee and food here is consistently good. The matcha is fabulous and today I tried a raspberry latte which was very yummy. They have a great assortment of tasty pastries. The ambience is great and I love coming here to lock into my Kelley brain. However, today I went to the location off 3rd street (rather than the one downtown which I frequent) and the staff were rude. They were talking badly about other customers and were very salty and uninterested when taking my order. Of course I still tipped, I'm not an asshole, but I wish they would be a little more plesent to customers on such a lovely Wednesday afternoon.“
“100% gluten free cafe…and it’s GOOD! Tons of options from cookies to sandwiches to muffins and biscuits. And a full coffee bar too. We had biscuits & gravy and a latte. We brought our toddler and it was a great atmosphere. One of the owners even brought out a fruit cup for our little guy. Had a great experience and will definitely be back! 10/10“
“1. A restaurant with a very special atmosphere. You can sit outside when the weather is nice.2. The waffles are huge! very delicious!3. The smoked salmon hash browns are worth ordering as they have a lot of salmon.4. The coffee is delicious, especially the hot latte5. There are many locations but they are quite close to each other, and child seats are provided.“
“Soma coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. I tried it while visiting my son in Bloomington. I now order several bags at a time to be delivered to my home. Friendly staff, excellent & personal customer service. I live 7 hours away & they know me by name. My personal favorite is the Burundi ☕️“
“This was my first time going to Poindexter Coffee. What a oldie time feeling coffee shop with a newness to the whole place. I got the breakfast burrito after searching breakfast burritos for Bloomington Indiana. As the breakfast burrito king this is one of my favorites that I have ever had and I will definitely be back again. Tha burrito do didn't have some special sauce or something to make it taste good, it had well cooked & flavored ingredients. I didn't use the sausage or sour cream, it was not needed.“
“Staff are great. I went here specifically to buy a guitar. Patrons drinking coffee were further soothed by the symphony of chords presented by a Taylor GT Urban Ash model. Also I get coffee and work on school work here. It's a very nice location though usually quite busy.“

“An absolute local gem—the food served at the Kitchen is all incredible and consistently good. They serve truly delectable vegan meals alongside other fare and homemade vegan seasonal soups for $5/$7 small/large—an affordable and filling option. There is something for everyone’s needs, even a kids menu, and a full coffee bar. You will not be disappointed, and it’s off a walking trail (the B-Line) that leads to south to Switchyard Park and north to downtown. Beautiful patio. Need I say more?? Go!Kid-friendliness: They have a small kids play area, especially good for toddlers & littles under 5.“
