“One of the best coffee shops I have visited, and I include the ones I visited in the East and West coasts. Coffee is quality stuff, the pastries available are to die for (if you have the chance, get the tomato galette) and the staff is just the most awesome people. They will take time to talk to you and be really friendly (I think that's a plus, some other reviewers don't). I could literally talk for days with them. Good place to work, sturdy tables and good light.“

“My first experience here. It is very spacious and there is plenty of seating inside. The baristas were very helpful and able to answer all my questions I had before I ordered. I got a decaf Masala signature latte. A large hot latte usually has three pumps of vanilla syrup, cardamon and ginger. I ask for two pumps of syrup as I don’t like my coffee sweet. It was PERFECT! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.“

“Poindexter is located inside of a hotel, but goes far beyond what a restaurant inside a hotel would be like! Most hotel restaurants are steakhouses, but this one is more suited for lunch!
This place had so much to see! The amount of cookie jar collections was truly unbelievable! The person who was taking our order was extremely kind and was patient while it took us a while to order something. There’s a lot on the menu to eat! I didn’t see much to drink, but there’s a small refrigerator on the side of the check-out to just grab something and go!
We ordered a chili soup and chicken quesadillas. We made a mistake and regretted it because we ate the food an hour later and took it to go. So, it turned out freezing cold! Surprisingly it wasn’t bad cold, I do wish I could try again when it was warm!
I loved how the inside made me feel as if I was in a student library but just filled with cookie jars instead. Absolutely incredible little lunch spot inside a hotel!“

“I recently visited the Kroger Starbucks, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was perfectly crafted—rich, creamy, and just the right amount.
I also appreciated the cleanliness of the area and how well-organized everything was. Plus, it’s convenient to grab a snack or grocery items while enjoying a delicious coffee.
Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, you won't be disappointed!“

“I ordered a Ruben and when it arrived the toast was black and burnt. I never complain so I said nothing and tried to eat the sandwich but the toast was very hard. After trying to eat it I just gave up not wanted to be a bad customer and make my two adult friends uncomfortable. I just paid the bill $70.+and gave the server Emily a $20. tip. My friend ordered one of her usuals but the sauce was not what she normally gets. We were told that the cooks sometimes use whatever is available and finally just sent out a replacement with NO sauce. She finally just gave up and ate whatever she ordered. The third friend her husband avoided the situation. We finally gave up and I paid the bill with my Sky Miles AMEX card total $90.+ We came into the restaurant probably around 7:30 or 8pm. Sorry for the bother but it bothered me I've lived here since 1972.“
