“I just witnessed a random act of kindness from an employee to another patron. I'm not saying it wouldn't have happened in a chain coffee shop, but I highly doubt it would have. What's even better is he referenced it as being a Christian coffee shop when asked by the patron why he would be so kind and suggested she "pay it forward," so to speak.
