“I want to give a huge shout out to Amanda and the entire team at the Sullivan McDonald's for their excellent customer service!

I normally stop in every morning for a coffee that is made a specific way. This morning, I was running behind for work and had to place my order through DoorDash. Unfortunately, DoorDash didn't allow me to customize my coffee the way I normally do, so I just ordered it as a regular coffee.

To my surprise, the team recognized my name and remembered exactly how I like my coffee. They went ahead and made it my usual way without me even asking!

That level of customer service is truly exceptional. It shows they pay attention to their customers and genuinely care about providing a great experience. Amanda and the team went above and beyond, and it definitely did not go unnoticed.
