I want to give a huge shout out to Amanda and the entire team at the Sullivan McDonald's for their excellent customer service!
I normally stop in every morning for a coffee that is made a specific way. This morning, I was running behind for work and had to place my order through DoorDash. Unfortunately, DoorDash didn't allow me to customize my coffee the way I normally do, so I just ordered it as a regular coffee.

Genuinely my biggest gripe is that they never give us our damn sauce. I ask for 2 cups of ranch almost every single time I go and I never get it.

Had to request service @ front counter. Fountain area needed cleaning. Food was good. Seems like all locations only concern is drive through.
