Hardee's offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many appreciate the friendly and professional staff, as well as the clean and bright atmosphere. The Frisco burger receives high praise for its juiciness and quality. However, some diners express concerns about pricing, stating that meals can be expensive for the portion sizes. Additionally, there are complaints about the chicken strips being dry and the water coming out orange. Despite these issues, the service is often noted for being quick and efficient, making it a decent option for fast food.
