The owner keeps the delivery fees. Don’t order through their app. Before COVID delivery fee was $.99 now $2.99 and delivery drivers suffer the loss. Honestly, who are these people??

Jimmy John's is easily one of my go to places for lunch. They also offer great catering services and offer free smells. Can't beat that!

My wife and I came in with a few guests for take out. The Personnel were not overly friendly but they were professional and as always we were happy with the food and the service we go Fairly regularly so I'm happy to report that even though we did not get our entire order the young man that took my complaint really went the extra mile to make our order right. So you have four more very satisfied customers

The food was fine. Tho my roll seemed a bit tough and was harder to cut than the other sandwich. I guess you only need a bag if you are picking up a single sandwich. If you're there to order and leave with a drink, a straw and two sandwiches, you don't need a bag. You can manage the car doors with both hands full. When she tossed the sandwiches on the pick up side of the out window, I hesitated thinking she was going to bag it. I started to ask for a bag but perceived a death look of 'you better not ask for a bag, it's time for you to leave' After reading other reviews when I got home, I'd say I was correct about my perception. I started to just reach over and grab a bag, but why stoop to their level?I'm sorry I tipped. This is making me more determined to not tip when the credit card machine asks. I thought I was being nice. A tip is for service. There was none. Doubt I'll go back, even tho it's practically in my front yard. Has anyone thought about doing a reality show of rating customer service after a transaction in a business? I've had two bad experiences this week and I get the feeling that the current employed worker force doesn't think service or manners are important. I guess when you do everything on line it isn't. But there's no benefit to the customer to support a business if their support isn't reciprocated with some degree of service. I think it's be an interesting show with many failed transactions.

Note to all, this is my first google review in my life. I traditionally would not give this much time or effort to such an endeavor; however, this must be addressed. Given, I am starving and super excited to eat, my effort is being fueled. You can only imagine my dismay when I unwrapped my GIANT tuna salad sandwich and found..exhibit A as attached. This sandwich, the EZtuna (which commonly, to healthy individuals, means low calorie mayo...not less meat - and at the same price, no doubt, as the Tuna Club) presented scantily clad. Would you order from here again? Please, let the feedback unfold.

I just had the worst experience at this location. If they could mess something up, they did. It started off with the astringent smell when I walked in the store. No sandwich smells tonight. It was so strong. It actually was making my head hurt. But I figured at least I would get good sandwiches, right? Wrong! They left the cheese off of my son's sandwich. They didn't cut any of the sandwiches in half, even though I asked for them too, and they said they would. They didn't label any of the sandwiches. When I asked for the bag when they handed me the three sandwiches, they threw it at me. But the worst thing is, after driving 5 miles home, and opening the order, I realized that the Club Lulu I ordered was now a tunafish sandwich. So they got two out of three sandwiches completely wrong. I was the only customer in the store at the time. What the actual hell?

I have a rewards account with Jimmy John's and have been told every I have been in over the last few months that I have a free rewards sandwich. They ask me literally every time I order in store if I want to use it, but I've been saving it for what I thought was today. My coworker called and put in an order, and I asked him to ask if I could add my reward to his order. The guy on the phone gave us the run around, said he would have to ask, and then told me I would have to pay delivery for a separate order because there was no way to do it. So I asked for the phone and asked why we couldn't just put the order on my account? I could put it in get my free reward, and he could get his meal he paid for all on the same delivery. Apparently that's now not possible because he already placed his order. I told the guy on the phone that was because we were operating off the info he gave us, or we would have ordered differently. Got more garbage from the other end and just told him to forget about it and fill my coworkers order. You showed me you don't want solve a simple problem that could have been fixed with 30 seconds to correct the order and left me feeling wowed by your service. Instead you cop an attitude and show me you don't want my business ever again. 0 of 5.

Do you like terrible customer service AND average food? Then you'll love this place. Come to Jimmy John's and you'll get zero recognition that you walked in the door, a long wait even though they are not busy, and blank stares from the mentally deficient employees! Even better is when you leave an online comment about how poor your experience was, they won't even respond. Their low iq employees said nothing to me during the order process- literally a blank stare the entire time. After going outside to wait and returning, they did not offer to tell me my sandwiches were ready. And when I finally asked "are these our sandwiches?", they had no clue. I was the only customer in the store and you don't know if you just made my order or not? Sandwiches were made wrong, unfortunately I did not notice until we got home. Run these corporations out of business and buy from someone local. There is no way you could do worse.

Never have I gone into a restaurant and been told I couldn’t purchase an item that was on the menu. I tried to go in and buy a few loaves of their bread this evening because our family likes to use it for sandwiches and soup. I was told they wouldn’t sell me any because they were running low and needed to preserve it for other customers. Why offer an item on the menu if you’re not going to actually sell it to paying customers. If I had ordered an actual sandwich I wouldn’t have been told that. And to top things off the employees were super rude and just sitting on their cell phones the entire time I was in there, other than the girl working the counter who was very nice about it. I will never be going back their and spending money after the experience I had this evening.

Horrible service, frowny faces at the counter… and if you are a vegetarian and ask for extra something…wait to see their faces as if they ready to burst with anger. Would stay away from this place.

if i could give jimmy johns 0 stars i would. i give them 0/5 stars. i usually get the #2. it was not good. you would think something would try to be worth all my while. maybe something would care a little more about how i feel and how i'm doing. especially when i spent 8 months caring for the #2 & making sure it was eating lunch & getting sleep. or maybe it could've put more effort into an apology, after all there is a "proper apologies" sign in this particular jimmy johns. maybe it could've happy birthday-ed it's way back into my life. maybe it could've been nicer to me in the first place. maybe then we wouldn't have even brawled in the first place. i don't even know why i'm still mad at the #2. but also i don't know why it would leave me like it was mad. it had no reason to be. or at least no reason that i was made aware of. and i don't think it should be my responsibility to take guesses at why it would be mad. i made such an effort to communicate & be open. infact the biggest effort i've ever made. the #2 was the first time i had ever confessed being angry in a relationship. and it knew that. i told the #2 during our time together. i remember it. we were sitting in my basement and that was truly the first time i had ever even said that much. but somehow it still ran when things got hard. that's what she said.

i got flipped off my one of the employees and then got in a car crash. bad juju! ?? it’s a shame because my bff’s uncle owns jj and have been a fan of jj & #5 the vito for very long! also never got a formal apology from the employee which is sad considering there’s a apology sign on the wall directly in front of where the sandwiches are made. lol!

Good sandwitch but the guy at the register was not nice at all. To many other places to eat to be treated like that.
