We found this gem today and had to give it a try! I didn't get any pics but Rainbow Bakery is a cute place. Me and my two year old son tried the vegan donuts and were not disappointed. Pink with Sprinkles and Lemon Blueberry were both delicious! We can't wait to go back and try the gluten free options.
Been coming to Rainbow Bakery for years. Now my three kids come along with me. I'm not even vegan or vegetarian; it's just that good. I wish they would bring back the salted pistachio chocolate chip cookies though :( I remember getting them at Hopscotch back in the day and they were my favorite thing ever, especially warmed up!

I’m obsessed with the doughnuts and I’m not even vegan. They’re unlike any cake doughnuts I’ve ever had, and the icing flavors are so good and unique, especially the fruity ones. I spend so much money here every-time I’m in Bloomington. The hand pies are also amazing if you want something more filling or protein dense.
