“Everything was 5 star in my opinion. I ordered the Walleye Almondine- Absolutely perfect in every way, the portion, the sauce, accompaniments, everything was cooked to perfection 🤌 I’m looking forward to trying their chicken piccata soon and I will be saving some room for the crème brûlée. My dinner guests, had the lasagna,Shrimp Diablo and a wedge salad. Every single one of them were delicious!! My sister, is gluten free and they brought her, hummus and veggies in place of the dinner bread. She did not even ask for it, she did ask what they served that was gluten free. Very thoughtful and impressive.“

“Absolutely love the pumpkin pancakes so much, that I get them every visit! And summer the lemon blueberry. We ask for Layla every time, she knows what we drink and brings them before we ever ask. She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

“Ordered two pizzas and a salad last night through DoorDash. I hadn’t tried Azzip or even heard of it yet but the specialty pizzas looked interesting so I gave it a shot. Wow. Azzip is going on my list of favorite pizza 💯 I tried the Smokehouse MacDaddy and CBR square. Flavor explosion and perfect crust on both! I also tried the house ranch dressing and it was top notch. I need a bottle of it! I rarely leave reviews but had to say something about this pizza!“

“We had three (3) appetizers, calamari, shrimp and meat board - all were delicious. Then one had the blue crab cakes, filet medallions, 8oz filet mignon, and white cheese Bacon burger. We will return as the wait staff were excellent and provided enough service that we were impressed. Fished the meal off with cream Brule, carrot cake and chocolate something. Needless to say, they had to roll us outa the restaurant.“

Comparing it to the Columbus Bowl, the atmosphere is more in line with the theme. The paper used to mark your preferences is thicker and I got to use a Sharpie and not a two-cent pen. I didn't see printed signs with mispelled words.
There's actual a sushi bar - a place to sit - and a couple of options that the Columbus one lacks.

Overall, a better feel.

But the options on the bar are more limiting. I didn't see spring onions, for example. I think they only had bok choy (or cabbage) but not both. These aren't deal breakers but just some of my usual go-to's were missing.

There was also a curious sign about charging for food waste. I just caught it in passing.

Both Bowls would have difficulty covering more than six people just because of their layout.

“Best Thai place in Greenwood. Portions are great. I have enough for dinner and lunch left overs the next day. My entree was just under $16. That works out to be $8 a meal. My last visit everyone 4 people got something different and we all shared so we could taste different things. Definitely left over full that day. And it was a great idea to get to try other items.“

“Reservation on Saturday night at 7:15 party of four. Was seated immediately. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Our waitress came over and checked on us. Told her we're ready to order. Said she'd be right back. She went to take the order of two tables seated after us. After about 15 minutes, she returned. Ordered our food. About 25 minutes later the food arrived and my sides were incorrect. I simply asked to have the item I ordered removed from my bill. About two minutes later, my side showed up. Having a mouth full of food, I took my fork and tapped on the bowl that my side came in. This must have triggered the waitress. She walked away, stood in the corner talking to another employee. The GM came out. He was awesome. Very polite and respectful. Moral of the story. Great food, great atmosphere, lousy service from the waitress. GM was awesome.
