“Reservation on Saturday night at 7:15 party of four. Was seated immediately. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Our waitress came over and checked on us. Told her we're ready to order. Said she'd be right back. She went to take the order of two tables seated after us. After about 15 minutes, she returned. Ordered our food. About 25 minutes later the food arrived and my sides were incorrect. I simply asked to have the item I ordered removed from my bill. About two minutes later, my side showed up. Having a mouth full of food, I took my fork and tapped on the bowl that my side came in. This must have triggered the waitress. She walked away, stood in the corner talking to another employee. The GM came out. He was awesome. Very polite and respectful. Moral of the story. Great food, great atmosphere, lousy service from the waitress. GM was awesome. We will return, hope it's a different waitress. I understand everyone has a bad night. Don't take it out on the customers.“
