Food was great don’t get me wrong but waiter wasn’t very nice what so ever. Never came around and filled drinks. Then when we got the bill they charged us $16 on top of what we owed even charged our friends $14 on top of theirs for the tip. They went ahead and charged us for a tip before we could even leave one on our owe. I don’t mind paying for the service you “Do” but if you don’t do a good job and play on your phone, then I’m not paying for it. We should have...read full review
Worst hibachi grill I've ever been to. Ginger dressing was unedible, I don't understand how a Japanese steakhouse can mess up ginger dressing. The sugar packets were dried out. Took almost 1.5 hours before the cook came to the grill. We were asked what we wanted to drink, but was never given a drink menu. There's no dessert options. There was burning, charred food, smoke coming from the other grill that literally was choking us and smelled so bad! Do not recommend.

Based on the reviews, Domo steak & sushi is a clean restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food is good, fresh, and full of flavor. The sushi is made to order, and the sashimi is recommended. The hibachi chefs are talented, entertaining, and charming, putting on a great show. They deal well with kids, who love trying to catch the small chunks of chicken tossed in the air. The food is delectable and very filling, with affordable pricing but premium options available. However, the experience can be inconsistent. One visit was great, with a chicken katsu and Philadelphia roll that were really good. Another visit was packed with a long wait, where a salmon roll was just a huge, chewy piece of salmon with not much sushi rice. The vegetable tempura was disappointing, and the hibachi chef split a portion of shrimp with a stranger. The building is an old Longhorn with nothing updated except for the hibachi bars.
