We ordered 4 sushi combos. a snowball and a child hibachi. We were asked 3 times what we had ordered after our order had been placed. We waited 30+ mins to get our food. The order was wrong, and the snowball was ice cold. They "fixed" the issues by giving us 50% off the snowball. Do better!

I usually don't like being negative about restaurant reviews, but this is my review of the time I went, which was tonight. 1st time there with my family and I got the earliest impression that this was not going to be good. ..our server seemed snippy if we had a reservation. We said no... from there, it went downhill. Our server didn't follow up to see if we needed refills nor asked if we needed anything else. We got to go boxes before our meal was done. I looked around the room, and nobody else got that same experience. I won't be back again, that is for dam sure.

Beautiful place. We were the only ones there and I couldn't get a water refill. We ended up sick about a half hour after leaving and the car smelled of rotten fish from our leftovers. It was only 50° outside and I've never had an issue with taking sushi home before.

Worst hibachi of our lives, by far. Actually the worst food we've had in the past decade. Hardly anyone at our grill ate any of the food. Everything tasted over cooked, over soy sauced, the salad ginger dressing was bad, the soup was bad...all really terrible. It blew our minds how bad it was because hibachi is pretty straight forward and always good. Not to mention the atmosphere, we couldn't wait to leave. We will never go back to this restaurant ever again.

Walked in look very dark I asked to do hibachi she asked me how many in my group and I said it's just me and she said oh no, he sat me down in the dining room. A group of sex was walking behind me and she sat them down at the hibachi bar. the soup is really salty in the salad which I love the ginger salad was like thick paste will not come here again. The dinner was very good. I just didn't care for the way she treated me because I was dining alone

Every once in a while I will show up at this place expecting great food and a good time. I normally get the hibachi chicken but sometimes if I'm in a splurging mood, I'll add steak. The price has gone up dramatically but you do get a pretty big serving (not for take-out) so I would recommend you eating at the facility for your money's worth.
