“People come here to complain, as I did. However, the local owner of the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington Indiana is absolutely phenomenal. There was a mistake on my order, out of hanger I emailed in my disappointment. I was contacted almost immediately by phone by Antoine, and I was less than eager to speak to him on the phone. Shortly after our brief interaction on the phone, Antoine showed up with my correct order, as well as a refund on my order. Never did I ask for a refund, or for anything to be made right. It’s management and leadership like his that makes a difference.“
