Jimmy John's in Bloomington

“The food here is always great, but today when I placed my mobile pickup order it came up missing one of my sandwiches. When I returned thru the drive thru to get my missing sandwich the girl that came to the window was very hateful and rude about it. Not my greatest experience here. Loved it when it first opened because they made you feel like family, now it feels more like cattle being ran thru a chute.“

“Their delivery crew is the best. My coworkers and I order at least once per week and the order is always exactly right, tastes fresh, and is delivered with care. 100000/10, would give a million stars if I could. Thanks for keeping my staff and I fed, JJ 10th Street.“

“The employees were busy but greeted everyone that entered the building.
Actually made my sandwich as ordered & identified my sandwich with my name on the wrapper.
The ingredients were fresh and appropriately proportioned.
Was impressed!!“

“People come here to complain, as I did. However, the local owner of the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington Indiana is absolutely phenomenal. There was a mistake on my order, out of hanger I emailed in my disappointment. I was contacted almost immediately by phone by Antoine, and I was less than eager to speak to him on the phone. Shortly after our brief interaction on the phone, Antoine showed up with my correct order, as well as a refund on my order. Never did I ask for a refund, or for anything to be made right. It’s management and leadership like his that makes a difference.“
