“The sandwiches were great and the service was quick as usual! Unfortunately, my car battery died while I was there but the workers were very accommodating to our situation. They checked in with us and asked if we wanted a drink while we waiting on the tow truck and we said we were okay, but as we were finally leaving a girl came out with chips and brownies for us. It wasn't necessary, but was unexpected and a very kind gesture! Just another reason to go to Jimmy John's now!“
“This location lost a star. First time I had been there & I didn't know about the shelf they put carryout orders on. The cashier got a bit "snippy" with me when I asked for my order. Don't assume that I've been there before and when it turns out I hadn't been there previously, lighten your tone with the customer. 3.5 Freaky Fast ⭐'s.“
