Jimmy John's in Louisville

“I’ve been on crutches for six weeks with a fractured tibia and a torn ACL, and one employee at this Jimmy John’s showed me more kindness than I can put into words.

He saw me getting my crutches out of the car, opened the door, gathered my pickup order, drinks, and chips, carried everything to my car, and even opened my car door.

Those small acts meant everything. I’ll probably remember his kindness for the rest of my life.

I wish I’d had my wallet so I could’ve left him a huge tip. I don’t know his name (long hair, glasses, wedding ring), but I hope management knows exactly who he is. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him.“

“Came here for lunch during the GAMA convention. Place was packed and employees looked very tired. They still had smiles and were polite. Even changed their gloves for an allergy special order! 5 stars and fully recommend this place when attending events!“

“This is the BEST Jimmy John’s in the city, Kaitlyn always goes above and beyond with her service along with all of the other team members. She takes the time to learn my Very specifically modified order to a T. The whole team is always there with a smile on their face, which I can really appreciate since I come on my lunch break at work so seeing people in a good mood, can put you in a good mood for the rest of the day. The produce is also fresher than other locations I’ve noticed. So better food and great people, you really can’t beat it.“

“It's small, 3/4 of the store is work area and there is also a drive-thru located here which makes sense but as far as seating there's probably four tables at the most. I gave it four stars because the food was about on par with most of these locations, but with such a small store of the noise of the utensils and stuff banging around with so much you couldn't even talk to somebody sitting across the table from you.“

“They are a great place to stop in and eat, whether you want a sandwich or a meal. They have a wonderful selection or sandwiches, wraps, desserts, chips, and drinks. The workers are always nice and friendly. I always enjoy going here anytime i can. Plenty of seating inside and out.“

“We've had great experiences with the staff here. My husband is immunocompromised from his fight with cancer. They always bring his sandwich out curbside and wait patiently as we put our mask on. Some fast food places get annoyed with us but their team members are always very kind to us about it.“

“I had such a great experience with this Jimmy John’s today. I originally ordered through DoorDash, but unfortunately my Dasher picked up the wrong order and delivered it to me. I tried reaching the Dasher multiple times with no luck, so I called Jimmy John’s to see if my original order was still there.

The employee I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though my order was no longer at the store and the mix-up wasn’t their fault, he asked what I had ordered and where I was located, remade my food, and had one of their own delivery drivers bring it out to me. They even included a cookie, which was such a sweet surprise!

I really wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped the driver because I truly appreciated them going out of their way to fix a situation they didn’t cause. Amazing customer service and such kind employees. Thank you so much! ❤“

“This location is close to my work, so I order there quite often. My orders are always correct and fast, even with delivery during lunchtime. Employees have always been polite. However, it feels like an oven inside this restaurant. These employees desperately need their A/C fixed. Dining in is not a pleasant experience when it is so uncomfortably warm.“

“Was in there on Thursday of last week the food was great and most of the staff was extremely friendly however there was this one girl very petite she was pretty but her attitude stank she was not friendly at all standing there with her arms crossed very rude“

“I LOVE THIS JJs. Jimmy John's has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has persisted is the quality. You just don't find a satisfying sub the way you do and you're all sat down with a Jimmy John's gargantuan. There's nothing better in life.

I recently had a bit of a debacle with my order, it showed delivered but it hadn't actually left the store yet. Zalim was there for me in tracking down the sandwich, and helping me feel at peace with the slight delivery delay.“
