Ordered a sandwich and 1 hour after the expected delivery time it still hasn’t arrived. 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered i called the store because the status had been changed to completed even though it had not been delivered yet. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly condescending and rude on the phone so i don’t even feel comfortable calling back to check. Who knows if i’ll even get my sandwich at all. This Jimmy John's used to be so much better. Over the course of a few weeks, I have had two orders arrive without chips or cookies. I have had to call to get the sides I ordered but really should have gotten refunds. This is just sloppy service. It never used to be this way a year or two ago!

I don't know who that black guy is with the dreds is... but he totally understands the assignment! He makes my #9 to the T! And I like my sub with ALL the bread, OKAY!.
