the food is good, but they're constantly forgetting items at this location. first time was my drink, this time it's a straw and napkins. it's not a huge deal, but for the love of God, PAY ATTENTION to people's orders. SMH 🤦♀️

I LOVE THIS JJs. Jimmy John's has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has persisted is the quality. You just don't find a satisfying sub the way you do and you're all sat down with a Jimmy John's gargantuan. There's nothing better in life.
I recently had a bit of a debacle with my order, it showed delivered but it hadn't actually left the store yet. Zalim was there for me in tracking down the sandwich, and helping me feel at peace with the slight delivery delay.
