It's not the best thing in the world, but it's good for what it is. The pizza is almost never cut correctly and they have definitely been known to reheat and serve yesterday's food. Yesterday, the carrots tasted quite burned.
I wish the quality of food had been this tasty with as much variety and fairly priced when I was an undergraduate. I've retired and taking classes at the University of Louisville again and enjoying the occasions when I eat on campus for lunch or dinner at The Ville Grill. I've experienced staff to be friendly, polite, professional and ready to serve and assist students and other customers. Food was satisfactory, service was great, the disappointment for us was finding the buffet was only breakfast and sandwiches on Saturday around noon. Apparently they serve "brunch" and we were looking for lunch.
