Kindly asked them to label the dishes that I ordered. I was ordering lunch for seven people & the dishes all look similar. They flat out refuse to do it. Customer service needs work. I don't understand why it would be so hard to label the box.
I went for the first time today and ordered their "Haru Maki" fried spring rolls for an appetizer, and Hibachi Chicken with extra vegetables for lunch. With a drink my lunch was almost $23, and on top of that there is an automated line asking for a tip for someone who just took my order, which I find a bit over the top. Regardless I didn't give a tip, partly due to the overall cost of the meal.As to the food, the Haru Maki was OK, though I will probably not order it again. ...read full review
