“Probably closer to 4.5 stars, but they get 5 stars because they are the best food I've had in Bloomington so far, and I've been to quite a few places (although worth noting that I am gluten free).
. Temperature nailed, great texture. Slightly oversalted.
Baby Back . Charred, flavorful, tender. Ordered a full rack to take some home for a bargain. Wished I ordered 2. Note that I rarely give out 5/5s.
Baked / Sweet . Solid, just as you'd expect, reliable.
Lemonade: 3.5/5. Not the greatest but who cares?? The ribs were a blast!

“The food was good.
I ordered my usually where I cannot get back at home. My husband's order shrunk in size from a 1.5 month ago.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who experience this as it happened to me in Oct/Nov last year and my husband said I was over reacting.
Today 4/18/26 dinner, my beef broth was way too salty. 1st time trying it. But the appetizer seafood pancake was extra good today.“
