“Just stopped by so my wife could see what the month of May is like around the speedway. This place doesn't disappoint! Indycar history all over the place is super cool and the food, the food was incredible! I'm a pretty good BBQ cook and I hate getting food at a restaurant that I can cook better at home. I didn't hate this at all! We'll be back for sure.“

“City Barbeque was very good for our lunch. The Two Meat plate was very satisfying with a Texas sausage and full cut brisket, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. The collard greens were exceptional. We shared banana pudding and peach cobbler for dessert. The peach cobbler was super!“

“This place has the best smoked brisket in this city!!! Officially my favorite bbq place now. I am regretting that I haven’t visited this place sooner. My baked potato was overflowing in brisket. Brisket 8.5. Bark was very good, and the meat fell apart. Pork 7.8. Smoked well, was just dry Chicken Breast 8.8 Best thing we tried here for sure. Smoked wings 6.5. Very good flavor, but it was super dry Turkey. 7.9. Thick and smoked well, just a little to dry for us Sausage 8.0. Good flavor with a little heat Also, the pickled onions were outstanding. “I tried the burger at Big Walt's Wings & More and it was seriously one of the best I’ve had in a while. The patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The bun was fresh and held everything together perfectly without getting soggy.

You can tell it’s made fresh, not just thrown together. Every bite had great flavor, and the portion size was solid for the price. Definitely not your average fast-food burger.

If you’re in the area, the burger alone is worth the stop.“

“We held our October 2022 wedding ceremony and reception at Liter House and loved the experience! Drew and the whole event staff were helpful, kind, and easy to work with. We loved our brunch reception with delicious breakfast food and classic Sahm’s coffee cake. The event space is warm, inviting, and the right size to host lots of different types of weddings or gatherings. Also, the location is perfect - the Monon trail is a gorgeous place for pictures and features a lot of cool artwork/murals. I definitely recommend checking out Liter House for your event!“

“I drove by this place a few times and there's always a lines which told me everything i needed to know i tried the hot turkey ribs green beans and potato salad
I've never had turkey ribs but allow me to tell you if you haven't either ur missing out like I was took like 20 minutes to get my food which wasn't bad and I knew when I stepped inside the food was going to be good
Whole plate 10 outta 10 and I'll definitely be going back for the same thing if it ain't broke don't fix it

“We ate at the bar and our bartender was fabulous. The ribeye steaks were great. Our only suggestions for improvement are to coordinate course delivery better. We had our appetizer, soup, salad and entre all arrived within 12 minutes. What do I let get cold? Do better!“

It’s only one person taking orders and payments, preparing the orders.. also make sure you go at least an 2 hours before the restaurant closes they run out of food.. I got there 730pm and oxtail among other items was sold out.“

The ribs are tender and swimming in a sauce so good it can only be handmade. The sides leave nothing to want for and the staff is just as sweet as the sweet potato pie. Hands down the best place for ribs in the state, they must animals volunteering to lay on that smoker because they know a pit master when they see one! 10/10“

“The BEST PORK ON BUN IN INDY!! There BBQ sauce goes so well with the salty, well seasoned meat. I've been going there for YEARS! I intend on going sometime this week as well. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. They PACK their SOFT BUNS full of that FATTY GOODNESS! The meat overFLOWS way beyond the huge bun. I easily get TWO servings out of one sandwich.“
