“Service was amazing. Our waiter was an amazing person. My party went with the veggie plates, the steak, spin dip, salmon and shrimp. All were decent, the Mac and cheese was not great and the garden salad was not crisp but everything else was good. Rolls were hot and great start to the night.“

“Some really good BBQ. They have a Brunswick Stew which is always a favorite of mine. They also have large portions. I took half my sandwich home. They also make it easy to get more meat on the sandwich if you want it to be ginormous. It was my first time here, but will be back soon.“

“Watch out for the spicy if you don't like spicy!!! Food was good and made quickly. Great for a date night. This wasn't super expensive. It was brought out to the table. The dishes it's served in are nicer than to go containers. A lot of plastic still but reusable. Side dishes were really good.“

“In town from Colorado, as I ordered take out tonight. Wonderful service, excellent food, hot too!, even included all utensils, bread, drinks and straws. Just missed the butter for the bread but I can overlook that. Great service my stomach is happy thank you!“

“Last night was my first time, we were 2 people, the food was awesome but the service was bad! and we had our food remaining in boxes and went to wash our hands before leaving, we found our food thrown away and nothing was done about it!“

“I ordered the pulled pork dinner. $14.99 Pretty disappointed in the meat, the worst of this selection I've ever had. Lots of fat, it's usually served in bite sized pieces, easy to eat. This was not cut up at all, several large tuff pieces. I will take Carmel TRH off my list.“

“While I'm not a fan of "hunting lodge" style atmosphere, I can see the appeal. Dining room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Chef Shawn has a strong passion for BBQ and it shows! I took my In Laws there for dinner. Their BBQ parfait was outstanding and the pulled pork was tender, moist and full of flavor. Exactly what you want when you go for a pulled pork sandwich. I highly recommend you at least give it a try!
Dietary restrictions: While BBQ may not be for everyone, there are options for those who are looking for items that are gluten free or even diabetic friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: The main door to the building has a circle drive directly to the parking area.“
