I've ate BBQ from South Carolina, Memphis TN, Kansas City MO, Pella Iowa, and all the way down to Southwest TX.
And in all my hunting trips into these great BBQ venues, I'm telling you all this Blue Smoke BBQ, right in my back door beats them ALL.
I have NOT had anything bad at this BBQ place since it opened and I am a weekly visitor.
I would give it a Top 10 restaurant in my travels.

I choose brisket anytime it's available no matter what. Glad I did here. I've been avidly seeking out the best brisket in the state and I'm here to say I finally found it. Blue smoke bbq will from here on out be my regular stop.
You guys have the Bemish family approval and unanimously agreed upon best brisket in Indiana. Also for anyone reading this try the beef belly burnt ends they are to absolutely die for.
