There's a certain magic that happens in bars that stopped worrying about impressing anyone a long time ago. Silver Dollar has it. The lighting is dim in that way that feels accidental rather than designed. The stools have some wobble to them. Nobody's mistaking this for a cocktail lounge, and honestly, that's the whole point.
