5 of us had lunch. Service was outstanding. Portions excellent as was the quality of the food. I will definitely be back. Really like the new bar area. Price is right.
Big Hoffa’s is consistently good bbq and the staff there are some of the friendliest in the restaurant scene in the greater Indianapolis area. I just tried their smashburger this week for the first time, and it knocked us off our feet. The beef itself was tasty, the onions and pickles compliment each other well, and THAT SAUCE was smashtabulous! Keep goin’, you have the magic touch! Josh is amazing!

Big Hoffa's Smokehouse and Tavern is a great spot for some legit BBQ. The meat, pork and brisket, were delicious. The beans were some of the best and the coleslaw was not smothered in mayonnaise. The habanero coleslaw had a good kick, and the spicy BBQ sauce was tasty. Great cinnamon ice cream for dessert. The sampler is a good time with all the meats, salads, dips and sides. The Hoffinater or Hoffanator is so good that it is nearly impossible to order anything else, with the exception of a side of brisket, ribs, pulled pork or pulled chicken. The brisket and pulled chicken are popular choices for catering. The staff is super friendly and the food is good bang for your buck. The service and food itself is outstanding. The team is also great at accommodating allergies, as most of their menu is gluten-free. The only thing better than the atmosphere is the food. A lifetime fan recognizes not only the delicious food but what goes on to get it right consistently.
