HotBox Pizza is a popular spot that serves fast and fresh food. The staff is kind and helpful, making customers feel welcome. The pizza is a standout, with one reviewer calling it "the best they've had" and another saying it's "to die for." The menu offers a variety of options, including stixs and pizza specials. Despite some recent issues with food safety and order mistakes, it remains a good choice for a delicious meal. Customers have appreciated the friendly service, especially from the manager, Chad, who was praised for being pleasant, accommodating, and timely with delivery. Breadsticks are still delicious, and the restaurant continues to be known for its tasty pizza and helpful staff.
