The food was ok. I had the pork chop and it was cooked well and Not dry. The mashed potatoes were good but no second vegetable I guess the salad counted. The tea was not very good. The color was off and weak. The server was short handed but she worked hard to meet our groups needs.
I had lunch in the bar area the other day and Giovanna waited on me. She was attentive and friendly. She was hustling around and making sure she spent a little bit of extra time at each table. You can tell when someone is really enjoys what they are doing!
I just went to start out by saying our server was new and being trained. And she was awesome, and her trainer was exceptional, as well. The issues came from the kitchen, not the service. The food was hit and miss, the onion rings had entirely too much batter, but they weren't cooked like the onion was brand new and they are massive onion rings, but when the onion isn't cooked, it kind of takes away from what it could be.
