We tried @halfliter_bbq in #Indianapolis, and this is what we rated them.
A couple of things first. It was their Octoberfest, so they were very busy. Even with that, the food was out in 6 minutes!
Brisket 8.5.
Bark was very good, and the meat fell apart.

Smoked well, was just dry

Great atmosphere, DELICIOUS BBQ and decent service. We’ve been eating our way through INDY area BBQ spots for years now and this place is KING (so far)!
