We decided to try this place on a Wednesday evening And we are glad we did. The food was very good. We had the crab Rangoon appetizer, which was very good. It was small and crispy and looks handmade. We also ordered the egg roll appetizer. I did not care for the flavor of the eggrolls. There was a flavor that did not taste like a normal egg roll. This place is one of my wife's favorite restaurants in Bloomington. They sell some exotic Chinese foods as well, which also taste good. The lady is really kind and friendly to my family every time.

Just moved to town and are always on the lookout for good American Chinese restaurants. Decided to give Sunny Palace a try, and will definitely go back! Ordered take-out and arrived a bit early so also scoped out the interior, which is well laid out and seemed recently updated. The staff were warm and prompt. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice and Chicken pad thai. Both were delicious!
