The food was SOOOOO good. Best restaurant in Bloomington hands down, they were amazing regarding my Celiac’s (gluten allergy) and the Rock n’ Roll sushi was probably the best sushi I’ve ever had- so fresh. Drinks were also amazing- got the Lychee martini!
The food was AMAZING!! We got the tiger sushi roll, rock and roll, hibachi Chicken, spicy Chashu ramen and some drinks! Our waitress was so nice and accommodating for our friend who had an allergy. The vibes were so cool. Best sushi I’ve had in awhile!!
I’ve had Old Fashioneds all over Bloomington, and the one at Japones is easily my new favorite. Made with Japanese whisky, it was perfectly balanced—smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. If you appreciate a well-crafted Old Fashioned, this one is absolutely worth ordering.
