The entire staff was very friendly and precessional. Autumn was great.I purchased a travel tumbler. But when I walked to my car, filled with my coffee, the tumbler leaked badly. I took it back and Autumn helped me to find another one. Then, she made me another coffee in the new tumbler with a smile.
OMGGG the barista Emma was the prettiest and most sweet girl ever. She made me the best drink I think I've ever had at Starbucks. I hope when I come back next time she's the only one who makes my drink!!!!

Considering the amount of traffic that passes through, the Starbucks baristas at Butler do an excellent job of being friendly and efficient. The line tends to be on the longer side, especially during the morning hours, but the wait time is minimal and you are almost guaranteed to see a familiar face. The ability to use Butler Flex-Dollars or Dawg-Bucks favors students.
