Considering the amount of traffic that passes through, the Starbucks baristas at Butler do an excellent job of being friendly and efficient. The line tends to be on the longer side, especially during the morning hours, but the wait time is minimal and you are almost guaranteed to see a familiar face. The ability to use Butler Flex-Dollars or Dawg-Bucks favors students. Being a multipurpose space, Starbucks is excellent for socializing with friends/classmates or opposingly, getting work done. The Butler Campus Store is attached, creating lots of movement throughout the facility, but crowding during class passing times are common. The outdoor patio and seating are well-liked and very popular with students in the warm months of the year. During the Fall/Winter season, the typical menu is expanded with holiday drinks. Overall, the environment is welcoming, the drinks are well-made, and it is a superior place to gather and enjoy company.

I love their bacon egg sandwich, it is all worth the wait in long line cause their lemonade is amazing.

The entire staff was very friendly and precessional. Autumn was great.I purchased a travel tumbler. But when I walked to my car, filled with my coffee, the tumbler leaked badly. I took it back and Autumn helped me to find another one. Then, she made me another coffee in the new tumbler with a smile.

Hot chocolate disappointing, made from mix and water. Let down considering the price.
OMGGG the barista Emma was the prettiest and most sweet girl ever. She made me the best drink I think I've ever had at Starbucks. I hope when I come back next time she's the only one who makes my drink!!!!

Didn't go here too bad

All of the baristas are super friendly, the only problem is that several of them don’t know how to make the Honey Citrus Mint Tea….

The service is sub par. They are always jammed packed and only have 2 people working during their busy hours. I saw a barista spit into a coffee one time and that seems f***** up. Go at your own risk.

This is a great place for the college kids and they stay open even when it's snowy and icy out. Friendly fast service.
