Recently new storefront that looks nice. They accept orders from the Starbucks app and have a pick up counter. Also offers cold brew but they were sold out during our visit. Looks well staffed during our visit but they needed a reminder about one of our drinks they left sitting in the blender after we had received most of our order.
Sad to see low reviews here. I fly in and out of Indy a few times a year, usually catching a 6am flight and I am in line at Starbucks. The staff are diligent and work hard and fast. The line is full of extremely crabby, demanding passengers who are blaming staff for a long line, the fact that they had to get up and haven't had their first cup of caffeine, etc. Congrats ladies for having a good mood, working hard and not letting us passengers change your work ethic or attitude....read full review

Just like any other Starbucks, smiling people :)But considering airport that too Indy they sometimes go out of stock so best of luck if u r a picky. I hardly eat there but this evening I decided to have a sandwich but first two of my picks they said they are out of order. But rest everything looks good. Service is fast. If u r waiting for your flight you won't feel disappointed.
