I am always happy with my service.
They always get my order right!

I should have caught her name, but there was a woman working on the Saturday that I went who was brunette and I think wore glasses. She had the best attitude; she was so nice to people despite the huge line and was on top of making all the food and drinks. Plus, it was the best brown sugar shaken espresso I've ever had. It's very impressive that she was able to stay so kind and friendly with the huge amount of business they had.
Every time I come and get my coffee or grab a bite to eat at this location barista Nicale is always rude and not the friendliest. It’s the look on her face and the stare that throws me off as well. She never asks for my name either. All the other employees are nice and friendly. I kind of feel bad for them because I’ve worked in food service before and being around someone with a careless attitude is not fun.
