I stopped going here and opted for the one on Michigan near Kessler or the one on Meridian near 96th street. It used to be pretty good. There was a girl at the drive thru that always asked about my morning and was super friendly. Wish I knew her name. But I don’t see her there anymore. And then I started getting lukewarm tea, whoever takes orders at the drive thru is either not a morning person or doesn’t want to be there. I’m never offered a stopper or a sleeve...read full review

I’ve been to 4 different locations over the past week and this location was the fastest with my drink despite the line. Kayla and Casey were a delight and had great attitudes and customer service
