If you know then you know grabbing STARBS is a must! Well after running errands decided to stop at this one. It's pretty packed on the inside. I didn't want to go through the drive through. Walked in. Wasn't greeted. There were 2 people standing off to the side looked like it could have been a manger and district manager just carrying on in their conversation. There were 3 girls literally at the register. Not ONE greeted me. So i continue to wait. One clocked out. The other rang up her stuff. Still no acknowledgment. No "I'll be with you in a moment" NOTHING. One girl was at the oven wouldn't even turn around. MIND YOU the possibly manager and district manager still over in conversation. I'm looking around like dang so NOBODY is going to say anything. I snapped this one picture and left! You don't ever have to worry about me patronizing THIS specific location! Customer service is BIG for me! I'll take my talents to another location!

Normally this Starbucks is on it but this morning I received a drink and someone put whipped cream on it when there wasn’t supposed to be. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that I’m allergic to milk…please do not just put whipped cream on drinks because you want to. Some people cannot have it.

This store is terrible since its move from previous location. Almost every other visit something is wrong and the last 3 visits they manage to screw up the order or are out of stock yet they have to have record profits since adding the drive through. They need a complete overhaul of the staff so check your stuff before leaving.

Excellent White Chocolate Mocha Espresso with extra White Chocolate and extra espresso. They definitely have been my eye opener driving home from St Vincent on North side at 7 am in the morning. Starbucks Baristas have been excellent in how I like my coffee too. Thank you.

I went through the 86th st Starbucks drive thru today at 9:40 AM. I ordered a Venti Frappuccino with an added shot of espresso. She handed me a grande. I said "oh, this is a venti with an extra shot." She said "the shot is in there" and handed it back to me. I was confused and said "yeahhh... it's still not a venti." She snapped back "okay" in a demeaning tone and closed the window, then waving her hands around. Rude lady at the window. Not friendly at all. I will not be returning. I regret tipping her at the beginning when she asked.
I love this location. Lauren is such a pleasure to see in the morning. She’s super friendly and personal and makes the experience wonderful. Will be coming back for her! Thanks Lauren

This place is perfect for an informal meeting or study group. Lots of seating and friendly staff too! Parking might be a challenge if they're busy though.
