Had a nasty encounter with a "karen" here. I accidentally picked up her sandwich (it was in a baggie, not on a plate), realized it wasn't mine, and put it back down. She threw a fit, told the bartistas I "put her hands all over my food", and said something nasty to my daughter. Of course, she didn't have the balls to say anything directly to me. The baristas were professional in handling it, though, as usual.
Amazing baristas. Great drinks and customer service !! Very clean and welcoming location!!
