Very slow service, especially considering it was a slow morning. The drive-thru is definitely 100% faster.
My drink was made, but it sat for about 5 minutes before they actually poured it into the cup. The bakery order also took forever. They were walking around 5 loops before they finally got my drink into the cup.
I’ve been a Starbucks drinker for a long time, but this was my first and last time at this location. Very disappointing experience.

The location itself is one of the more quieter spots, offering a clean bathroom and a nice oasis for a weary traveler or retiree. Specific menu items receive praise, particularly the really good hot and juicy feta egg white sandwich, which is best when hot enough to melt the cheeses. The mocha is highlighted as a delicious coffee and chocolate mixture that does not taste like hot milk. While drinks like the frappe may occasionally have ice chunks and a refresher might taste sour, and an off order happens, the place does very well overall. Staff are responsive for orders, including for Door Dash, and are known for going above with kindness, even offering encouragement or a credit for next time. The location handles morning lines pretty fast and earns a solid rating.
