WOW! We rented out Beholder's Pink Room for our wedding dinner and WOW! Not only was the food f-ing delicious (as always!) but Josh and the staff truly went above and beyond to make the evening special. Leading up to the event, they were responsive and super easy to work with. The service was impeccable and we dream of the six course meal (again- f-ing delicious) and perfect wine pairing. Thank you! Beholder is an incredible restaurant known for its food, service, and ambiance. It offers a unique and inventive menu, with standout dishes including oysters, mushroom tartine, lamb, and burnt banana ice cream. The tuna hand roll is exceptional, and the pork sirloin is well seasoned, paired perfectly with collard greens made with love. The miso glazed hamachi is beyond amazing, and the wagyu flank steak with mushroom is also incredible. The fried rice chicken wings are as delicious as they are fun to eat. The "nice creams" for dessert are not to be missed. The bar has a great cocktail list that is perfectly curated, with craft cocktails rated 10 out of 10 for their balanced flavors and stunning presentation. The service is quick, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is described as "super vibey" and "on point," with an elevated yet relaxed dining room and a casual bar/outdoor area. Overall, Beholder is a stellar choice for a special occasion or a night out, and it is a favorite for those who love seasonal menus and weekly specials.
